I've just shaved, so not really. I'm more a hairy neck. But maybe you mean it is a metaphor... then I don't get it ...

Um, I agree with what you say, being a woman, but women cannot shave, as that makes the hair growing back stubbly and more masculine. They (the women that do remove those hairs, which are more than you know, apparently) use wax, a form of shaver meant for women which is not a razor, bleach the hairs so it is unnoticeable, or use a cream which makes the hairs easy to scrape off.
